Pursuant to and by the effects of Art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, please note as follows:
a) Personal data provided to us voluntarily when you fill in the registration form for sending information requests concerning the company’s products, services, marketing promotions, events and promotional initiatives will be processed, including by means of computerised and electronic communication procedures using databases, for the following purposes:
1. Organisational, statistical, sales, promotional and advertising purposes related to Artimpianti Srl’s products and services.
b) The acquisition of personal data is of a voluntary nature, however refusal to respond or express consent may make it impossible for the company to respond to the user’s requests.
c) Personal data provided by you may also be communicated and circulated, for all of the purposes indicated above in point a) of this policy, to other companies belonging to the same group as Artimpianti Srl
d) Personal data supplied by you may be handled, for the purposes described in point a) of this policy, using the following methods: fax, telephone, even without the assistance of an operator, email and/or other computerised and/or automated communication systems.
e) With regard to said processing, the person to whom the personal data refers has the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of said data and be informed of its contents and origin, to check the accuracy or request that it be added to, updated or amended, pursuant to Art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003. Pursuant to the same article, the person concerned has the right to request the cancellation, transformation in anonymous format or to block data related to them, even if pertinent to the purpose of receiving or sending advertising or direct sales material or the execution of market research or sales communications.
f) The data controller is Artimpianti Srl with registered office in Via Vittorio Emanuele III, 35 – 12036 Revello (Cuneo).
g) Personal data provided by you will be held in the offices of Artimpianti Srl, located in Via Busca, 57 – 12024 Costigliole Saluzzo (Cuneo).
h) Personal data provided by you may be transferred abroad, within the European Union, in compliance with and within the limits of Art. 42 of Legislative Decree 196/2003. Personal data may be transferred abroad to countries outside of the European Union within the scope and limits set forth in Art. 44 b) of Legislative Decree 196/2003.
