FLEXIBLE “All in one” CELL
For batches of low volume products and with the need for frequent change of production Artimpianti has designed solutions of flexible casting and pre-finish cells integrated with two or more benches that:
a) in the case of cylinder heads they include pre-coring and cooling of the cast with cast channel cutting.
b) instead for auto sub-components they include integral decoring, sprue cutting, shot blasting, marking and unloading of the piece ready for the final mechanical machining division.
